Policies
- Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am.
- No pets and no smoking.
- No wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
- Quiet hours in the Foresta community are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
- For road and weather conditions, call 209-372-0200. Snow chains are required to be carried November through April.
- During snow conditions, chains may be required to reach the property.
Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are charged 5% of booking principal.
- Cancellations 7 to 30 days before reserved dates are charged 50% of booking principal.
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before reserved dates. Refunds, however, will be made for cancelled dates that we rebook.

Rates and Reservations
- 2008/2009 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009): $250 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
- 2009 Spring/Summer season rate (April 1 - October 31, 2009): $350 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
- Holiday rate: $400 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
- 2009/2010 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2009 - March 31, 2010): $250 per night (double occupancy), $25.00 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
- All guests must be registered. Undeclared extra guests will be charged $50 per guest per day.
- Add 10% for county transient occupancy tax.
- Add 1% for county tourism assessment fee.
- Creekside Retreat can accommodate 10 comfortably in 4 queen bedrooms..
