Rates and Reservations
- Read our cancellation policy before you book.
- Summer rates are $275.00 per night for two, $50.00 per additional person, April 1st through October 31st
- Minimum 3 night stay April - October
- Winter rates November 1 through March 31st: $185.00 per night for two, $35.00 per additional person, 4 total in cabin, minimum 2 night stay.
- Holiday rate $275.00 for two, additional $75.00 for 3 or 4 with a 3 night minimum. Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, Martin Luther and Presidents.
- Sleeps a maximum of 4, extra guests will not be allowed.
- 10% off 5 nights or more year round.
- 10% discount on 4 nights or more for Yosemite Fund and Yosemite Association members.
- Add 10% Mariposa County Transient Occupancy Tax and 1% Tourism Assessment Fee.

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY: 5% of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or people, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation, plus tax.

- Comfortably accommodates up to four people.
- One large bedroom with King sized bed and twin daybed.
- Plenty of room to practice Yoga or meditate with a picture window looking towards Yosemite Valley.
- Gas fireplace in living room
- Comfortable living room with queen fold-out couch.
- 1 ½ bathrooms, with a two person soaking tub.
- Full kitchen with gas range, microwave and dishwasher.
- Central heating and air conditioning.
- Satellite T.V., VCR, CD player.
- Excellent selection of DVD's and VHS on Yosemite National Park history, geology, wildlife, hiking, Ansel Adams, Bodie State Park, Mono Lake, California tourist spots, and Yoga.
- Music selection includes classical, blues and jazz.
- Telephone. (area has strong cell phone reception for Verizon and AT & T )
- Wood accented interior.
- Library with guide books on wildlife, natural history and maps of Yosemite and the surrounding gateway communities.

- Every window has a beautiful view.
- Rustic cabin atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Policies
- Maximum number of guests for Clouds Rest Cabin is 4.
- All guests must be registered.
- Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
- For Road and Weather conditions call: 209 -372 - 0200. Snow chains required Nov. through April
- Check-in Time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Declare extra guests or you will be charged $75.00 per guest per day.
- Cabin is more adult oriented with above average furnishings and details. We welcome well behaved children. Please contact owners for information and rules.
- NO Pets.
- NO smoking allowed in home or on property grounds
- NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
- Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
