Completely quiet Yosemite mountain setting with lovely views, inside Yosemite National Park, only 8 miles from Yosemite Valley. Hiking and biking from the front door, with easy access to the Merced river and Tuolumne Meadows. The Alpenglow Chalet is a wonderful mountain retreat: our guests repeatedly express appreciation at the thoughtful attention to details and amenities throughout the home. Policies

Please leave property in same condition as it was when you arrived or you may be charged a cleaning fee.
All guests must be registered. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per day.
Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
For Road and Weather conditions call: 209 372 0200.
Snow chains required Nov. through April.
Check-in Time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No Pets and No Smoking.
NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
Lower level studio & garage reserved for owners.
Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Rates and Reservations

May, June, July, August: $450 for 4 guests per night, $25 each additional guest per night, 4 night minimum when available for advance reservations
April, September, October: 350 for 2 guests per night, $25 each additional guest per night, 3 night minimum when available for advance reservations
November, December, January, February, March: (excluding holidays): $250 for 2 guests per night, $25 each additional guest per night, 3 night minimum for advance reservations.
Holiday Rates: $50 more per night than listed seasonal rate ( Xmas & Thanksgiving $450/4 guests per night, 4 night min. advance reservations) . Minimum # of nights apply based on advance reservation and listed seasonal rate.
Add 11% county tax/tourism fee.

Children under one years old are free.

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY: 5% of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or guests, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation, plus tax. If we rebook your dates you will receive 100% return minus 10% processing fees. Consider purchasing travel insurance.
