Policies
- Please leave property in same condition as it was when you arrived or you may be charged a cleaning fee. You must agree to our cleaning fee policy found below.

- Rate for 2 people applies to downstairs use of cabin ONLY.
- All guests must be registered.
- NO PETS or NO SMOKING!!!!!
- Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
- Declare extra guests or you will be charged $100.00 per guest per day.
- NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
- Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

CLEANING POLICY
Due to the recent influx of our guests having too much fun during their stay and forgetting to keep their side of the agreement of cleaning up after themselves we have posted these instructions for you in the cabin also. When your reservation was made it was agreed to leave the kitchen as CLEAN when you arrived. The owner cleans this house so they check it after you leave.
BEFORE LEAVING: Any neglectful use will be charged accordingly.
- You must wash and put away your dishes to the same spot you found them. No shoving into cupboards. They all have a place.(The dishwasher does NOT have a built in disposal, scrape and rinse all dishes before loading and only use dishwasher soap) $25.00
- Clean and wipe out refrigerator of your spills. Only leave-unopened food otherwise throw away any opened food for health safety issues. $25.00
- Oven, Microwave BBQ and big spills. Wipe them up right after cooking to avoid baked in spills. $25.00
- Wipe off Counters tops, Oven top, and Microwave and Sink. $25.00
- Excessive floor or carpet stains and spills. $50.00-$300.00
- We will recycle your recycling, please take your garbage to the brown dumpsters 1 mile on your way out. Replace all furniture and objects to their original spot. $25.00
Basically we are only asking you to clean up after your selves. We wash all sheets and towels and clean the bedrooms and bathrooms. Please respect our cabin and wipe up your spills as you go. This will help you avoid a major clean up and cleaning charges the day you leave. Thank you and remember while in Yosemite to take only memories and leave no tracks!
EXTRA GUESTS?????
We reserve the right to immediately evict the entire party staying without refund for having unregistered guests. This includes anyone visiting weather they spend the night or not. You have until the day you arrive to claim extra guests. Max in cabin is 6 – no more. Do not book for fewer than 6 people and then try and add any number going over the limit of 6. Example: You book for 4 adults and 1 child, then want to add another couple- that makes 7 people total. This is not allowed. If caught with any unregistered guests during your stay or the day you leave you are charged 100.00 a person per day the whole time the cabin was booked weather they just stayed one day or more. This is detailed due to the amazing excuses we have heard. Our deepest apologies to all our wonderful guests who understand and get it. Like we said it just takes a selfish few to spoil it for everyone. |

Rates and Reservations
- Summer rates: $300 per night for 2, $25 per additional. person, 3 night minimum, April 1st through October 31.
- Winter rates: November 1 through March 31st: $200 per night for 2, $25 per extra person, 2 night minimum, holidays excluded.
- The holiday rate starts at $300.
- Sleeps a maximum of 6, extra guests will not be allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 5% of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or people, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation, plus tax. If we rebook your dates you will receive 100% return. If you have any doubts please purchase the Travel Insurance.
